Road 2 California

Today I took a long arm class from Pam Clarke called Flying Geese and triangles. Before the class I met another Jan from Costa Mesa who was in my class. We chatted for 20 minutes before going into our class room. 4 quilters didn't show up so we all had lots of time with our instructor and on the machines. I found out the spray I bought last year I could make good use of since I forgot why I bought it (and I think I may have thrown it out when cleaning up and out my rooms) and that the Viking 18 x 8 has an extension for rulers.

I found myself being dyslectic during and after class. Perhaps it was the almost 2 hour drive, little sleep for 2 nights and the venti mocha (nonfat) that made me that way. On the way home I took the wrong off ramp and ended up going north instead of south on the 15. The signs were blocked by the 18 wheelers in front of me. So I got off on the wrong ramp. And that's my story and I'm sticking to it. So I ended up at Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. So not to waste time and another trip to Bed Bath and Beyond, I went in. But I passed Nordstrom's Rack signage so I made a stop to find a couple of items.

I proceeded home tired and happy that I had only spent $160.00 with Pam, $35.00 at the Rack and the rest was on the joint AMEX card!

Tomorrow I'm getting my back realigned and Thursday I am going back to Road> Not to take another class but to look at quilts, take photos and shop!

Hope your day was as good as mine!
