To all a great Valentine's Day. Jim and I celebrated our day yesterday. We went out to brunch at the Garden Cafe. This is the best restaurant we have been to in Fallbrook. I love the brunches. We go for special occasions.We saw The King's Speech. Excellent movie. I encourage you to go.

I am very involved in Southern California Council of Quilt Guild. I'm membership chair and the Queen of the website. (I lord it over my dog.) I've been on the site working and forgot to blog. Haven't been quilting.

I did rejoin the El Camino Quilt Guild. I went to the February meeting and saw Marcia Stein. Everyone enjoyed her presentation to the guild. She has a new book out. I wish I could have taken her workshop. However the workshops are now on the Friday after the meeting.The meeting actually made me want to start a new top.

I'm the neighborhood leader for the San Diego's North County Super Sewers. We meet on the second Friday of the month. both the meeting and the workshop conflicts. I also have the Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds (SCCQG) on a second Saturday. So if the meeting for the SCCQG is too far and I have to drive up the day before I sometimes miss the ASG meeting.
