Make an informative Square in a Square note book using fat quarters. Learn to use your ruler for most strip piecing quilts. I supply the first 17 Option sheets and you supply the notebook and plastic sleeves. As you make the options you’ll write down information on how you did it and what to look out for. Mistakes are encouraged!
Bring: 3 different fat quarters or scraps. You may want to cut 1 strip 3” and 1 strip 1 ¾”. As long as they are contrasting in hue or value, it doesn’t matter which is which. Also bring sewing machine in good working order, thread, new needle, rotary cutter, mat, glue, seam ripper and small scissors. If you want to sew a straight line using a scant ¼”, painters tape applied to the bed of the machine will help you line the fabric up.
